“Thank you for seeing me.”
What Makes CAYA Different?

This isn’t just another online community where people vent and disappear.
Inside CAYA, you’ll have access to Live Root-Cause Q&A Sessions with an Integrative Health Practitioner.

Â
Your symptoms
Lab questions
Supplement confusion
“Is this normal?” moments
And the things you’ve been trying to figure out on your own for years.

Instead of spending hundreds on random protocols, supplements, or appointments that leave you more confused than before, you’ll receive real-time support and guidance from an Integrative Health Practitioner whose private rate is valued at $200+/hour.

For less than the cost of:

An insurance co-pay
A weekly coffee run
Or the supplements sitting untouched in your cabinet
…you’ll finally have a place to:

Ask questions without feeling dismissed
Understand what your body may be trying to tell you
Connect the dots in your symptoms
And get practical next steps that actually feel manageable.
You probably already have enough saved podcasts, supplements, and tabs open on your phone.

What you need now is to feel seen, heard, validated, and supported with a clearer path forward.

That’s what CAYA was created for.

Healing also looks like learning how to meet yourself where you are now.
Hi, I’m Katherine! ♡Â
Hashimoto’s Warrior | Integrative Health Practitioner | Women’s Health Advocate.
I see you, I hear you, and I believe you. I AM you.
The CAYA Collective is the space I wish I had during the hardest parts of my health journey, and really, even on the days that felt “fine.”
For years, I lived with symptoms that made me feel like a stranger in my own body: chronic fatigue, brain fog, bloating, pain, hair loss, and the constant gut feeling that something was off, even when I was told everything looked “normal.”
I was a mom quietly struggling just to get through the day, and often missing moments with my kids because my body simply didn’t have the capacity.
When I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, it felt validating. I felt heard.
I didn’t feel crazy anymore.
It wasn’t all in my head like I found myself starting to believe over time.
My symptoms were real. And that realization alone brought relief.
“I didn’t know how much I needed this.”
Connection made a huge difference on my journey.
Finding women who understood and were going through similar things felt so comforting.
That’s what led me to create and host Coffee + Community, a small, in-person group of women living with chronic illness who met once a month simply to talk, listen, and support one another…not to fix each other.
No pressure, just real conversation.
Every single time we met, we left saying the same thing: “I didn’t know how much I needed this.”
It filled our cups in a way nothing else had…and it made one thing clear: this kind of space shouldn’t be rare.
Research shows
People with strong social support are up to 50% more likely to experience long-term improvement with chronic illness.
Community doesn’t replace medical care — it changes how healing feels and how it unfolds.
That’s why I created CAYA, to bring that same feeling of connection, validation, and support to more women, no matter where they live.
A place where you don’t have to explain yourself first. Where your experience is believed. And where healing happens together.
Now’s the time.💜

I’m not here because I have all the answers.Â
I’m here because I’ve lived it and I’ve spent years figuring out what actually works.
After 17+ years as a health and wellness expert, and navigating my own chronic illness, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from chasing symptoms or trying everything.
It comes from understanding your body as a whole.
The Process:Â The Reclaimable Method
Inside CAYA, we focus on lowering your total toxic load so your body can finally respond.
We walk through a simple, proven framework:
We’re not trying to fix everything at once, just take small, clear, doable steps.
The CAYA Collective is for:
Women navigating chronic illness, burnout, hormone imbalances, autoimmune symptoms, and feeling “off” in their bodies
Women who feel overwhelmed trying to figure everything out on their own
Women who are tired of being dismissed or told “everything looks normal”
Caretakers, spouses, and loved ones supporting someone with chronic illness
And parents navigating the emotional weight of advocating for a child with chronic health challenges
Membership
If your first thought is, “I can’t afford that right now…”
I understand.
Most of the women who find their way here already feel stretched.
You’ve likely spent time, energy, and money trying to feel better, and still don’t feel like yourself.
So it makes sense to hesitate.
But this isn’t another thing to try, CAYA is where you go when you’re:
Tired of guessing
Overwhelmed by all the information
And just need support from people who actually understand
Because doing this alone has a cost too:
The mental load
The constant second-guessing
The time and money spent trying to figure it out
The energy it takes to “just keep pushing though”
If you’re ready for something to feel different, this is where it starts.

Join the waitlist!“Being part of this community has been such a meaningful experience for me. Living with chronic illness can feel isolating at times, but this space has created a sense of connection, understanding, and support that’s hard to find elsewhere. The women here are not only compassionate, but incredibly strong, and there’s something powerful about being surrounded by people who truly get it, without needing to explain.
What I appreciate most is the balance of honesty and encouragement. We can show up exactly as we are, on the hard days and the hopeful ones, and feel supported in both. I’ve learned so much, felt less alone, and gained a deeper sense of resilience through being part of this group. It’s more than just a community, it’s a safe, uplifting space that reminds you that you’re not navigating this journey by yourself.”
